I worked closely with Gian Marco and I was very impressed with his determination and work ethic. It is very clear just how much he is eager to learn and develop and grow as a designer
His designs for talk mobile were well above what
was expected of him.
I admire his tenacity and passion.

Throughout the entire project, he held our client’s attention, reassured them, and took their feedback diplomatically.

They were happy clients end-to-end and felt confident and assured in Gian Marco’s capabilities.

I commend Gian Marco for this, he did an excellent job.
Throughout the project Gian Marco wasn’t shy to ask questions and ask for guidance, help, and support.

This is a fantastic quality and one I hope he continues! Being able to ask for help when you need it is an important skillset.

In general he has a great can-do attitude.

We had an internal misalignment issue across which resulted in a situation where the devs didn’t have as much output from XD as was initially thought in order to build what they needed to build.

Gian Marco’s go to response was essentially “it’s
not a problem, I can sit and help Zsolt” – he was always contributing solutions.

Again, his work ethic is to be congratulated.
